1. Does the bus travel with the girls?

              No, we come to the location of your choice and park the bus. The girls come to the location and stay on the bus, and the bus does not transport.

2. Where will you park the bus? 

              The bus can park on any paved location you provide.  A driveway, street, or a parking lot that you are responsible in securing, including getting any parking permits, if needed.

3. What is needed to book?

              A 50% non refundable deposit is required to book a party.  Balance is due 48 hours prior to party.

​

 

4. What if I need to reschedule?

              You are allowed one reschedule without penalty.  If you cancel altogether you are responsible for 50% of your total party cost.  You must give 48 hour notice to reschedule your party.  Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (no exceptions).

5. Is there a travel fee?

              The first 25 miles are complimentary.  If the location is out of the 25 mile radius of Nashville (37207), there will be a fee of $35-85 assessed. Please use map quest to see if your location is more than 25 miles.

6. Can I bring food?

              No food please.  There is a $20 cake charge to bring your own cake.  We will provide bottle water.

7. What if it rains the day of my party?

              Rain, sleet, or snow....Royal will be there! If we have to cancel due to inclement weather, you are allowed to reschedule at a later date of your choice.

8. Will permission slips need to be signed by the Parent/Guardian before the party?

              Yes, no service will be rendered without the permission slip agreement signed by each child's parent/guardian. The slips cannot be signed by the guest of honor parent. The Royal Spa takes every precaution to keep your daughter safe while in our care.

9. Why are deposits non-refundable?

              Due to the nature of our business deposits are non-refundable.  Please refer to our client agreement form for more information on our cancellation policy.

10. Are the parents allowed on the bus?

              Yes, the parents are allowed on the bus.  We take all the stress of the party off you and you can just sit back and relax and listen to the other parents tell you how cool your daughter's party is.
